The services that we provide are individualized according to the needs of every individual that we serve to achieve independence, choice, and opportunities in their lives.  

  

This is effectively achieved through consultation with the individuals and/or their family, so that their individual needs are carefully assessed, understood and met through the selective assignment of qualified, honorable and compassionate Direct Care Workers.
